My Next Trip Is To Macau, China

I am going to Macau on 1 May 2010 from Kuching Airport. While in Macau, I am staying at Pousada Marina Infante Hotel. The rate is RM 396 per night.

Generally speaking, It is quite acceptable hotel if you consider price only. However, no restaurants or entertaiments around the hotel by walk. You can take shuttle bus to Venetian Hotel, but need to take a taxi to return the hotel.

Overall the hotel was quite good, it's just that you can't really walk anywhere you want in macau. It's quite near to venetian hotel and if anyone wants to go there I think you can just ask the bus (provided by the hotel itself) to drop you somewhere near there. Guess it's gonna be a popular hotel soon since there is another big hotel building just right opposite of it.

Pousada Marina Infante is located on Taipa Island, near the four-faced Buddha and Macau Stadium and approximately five miles from Macau International Airport. This location is also 15 miles from the New Macau Maritime Ferry Terminal. Hotel amenities include a sauna, steam room, exercise room, cocktail lounge and restaurant. The hotel also offers room service, babysitting, currency exchange, and parking. There are 312 rooms in all and a Lakeview Cafe offering the finest European and Asian specialties. A fully equipped business center should satisfy the needs of all corporate travelers whilst a swimming pool completes the list of recreational features. 24-hour entertainment comes in the form of a large casino where guests can try their luck and perhaps win that elusive first million.

Travel tip : When you arrive in Macau, No Taxi drivers know about this hotel, Need to prepare Chinese name of this hotel to show it to Taxi driver. Taxi drivers can not speak Eglish.
